All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Full payment is required before the commencement of your tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative or supplier charges.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, transport, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances while providing suitable alternatives whenever possible.
Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel permits, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents before departure.
Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the chosen tour and disclose any health conditions that may affect their participation.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, personal belongings, cancellations, and evacuation is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Farhan Kenya Adventure Safaris acts as a tour operator and is not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, loss, damage, theft, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by safari guides and park authorities. Wildlife is unpredictable, and safety regulations must always be observed.
Guests are expected to respect local communities, cultures, fellow travelers, wildlife, and the environment throughout the journey.
Tour prices are subject to change due to government taxes, park fee adjustments, fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier price changes before confirmation.
Personal information provided during booking will be handled responsibly and used only for booking, communication, and service delivery in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kenya.
The safari programs are designed with the client in mind and we make sure they’re not ambiguous, tiresome, long and worthless. We ensure added money value to the itinerary.Â
